Republican National Committee Chairman Robert M. "Mike" Duncan:
"As Barack Obama wheezes over the finish line to his party's nomination, he has failed to convince voters that he has the experience and judgment to serve as Commander in Chief. ... The Republican Party is united behind John McCain, and we look forward to his debates with Barack Obama on how best to create new jobs at home and win the war against radical Islamic extremism."

We are united that we will have to vote for a confused moderate who wants people to think he came out of the Reagan revolution when he has more in common with Gerald Ford.
Yep, just sent back my latest request for the ATM to open up, told them I spent the money on vacation and needed to save up to offset my carbon footprint in 2009.
Sorry, Juan, nothing to spare.
I figure McAMNESTY has one last chance, the VP choice better be good or else.
McCain’s best chance is that the Democrat Party is more split than the Republican Party, which with the Clintons may be possible.
I'm not paying my dues this year!
Considering our choices (not), I aint a happy camper.
Oh yeah, I’m so happy, I’m actually considering this year to be the year I write in my deceased great grandfather for President.
Thanks for the laugh riot!
He’s lucky. Many dems will support him over the magic negro. He’ll need them
Lemming in Chief, leading them to that fateful November cliff.
About enough room for a RINO's rear end...
So what is the RNC saying? That our liberal can beat up their liberal?
In other words, we've finally kicked the conservatives to the curb..... hooray!!
Only if McCain shuts the "F" up! He'll claim conservative until
the destruction of the USA, if he hast-too.
I'm not angry though. Nope.
Two years ago an RNC fundraiser called me asking for money, I told her that so long as I have to sit on the border doing what the Government refuses to do I will donate nothing. She piped up that things take a long time in Washington. I blew up, I said don’t give me that, they have been refusing to close the border for twenty years. She hung up on me, and I haven’t had a call, or gotten anything in the mail from the RNC since.
I got a fund raising call from the Florida GOP yesterday. It was one of those “give the listener a speech before he can get a word in edgewise” type calls, ending with, “Can I put you down for a $100 pledge”? To which I politely replied, “I may give money to individual candidates this year, but I will not be giving any money to the party. But thank you for the call.” Click/buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I think mcnutts gets his ass handed to him in november.
Obama is one weak sister though. He makes John Kerry seem viable.
And so what do the conservatives do? They dutefully line up behind McCain, chanting,"yes'm Massa!thank you, Massa, please save us from the evil Obama." (Actually, it started out as fear of the evil, all powerful Hillary)
Now I understand how it has been possible for liberal Democrats to keep African-Americans on their liberal plantation all these years, by using fear. Fear is why McCain was selected, fear is why conservatives are voting for him.
