A third-rate bureaucracy that tells everyone from McDonald's to Maclean's magazine how to run their affairs can't even organize a show trial with minimal competence.

The chairman of the panel is Heather Mcnaughton. I find that to be extremely funny, because of the legal history of

The M'Naghten Rules (pronounced, and sometimes spelled, McNaughton) were the first serious attempt to codify and rationalise the attitude of the criminal law towards mentally incompetent defendants.

(from Wikipedia, but also in some form in first year law books).

The lunatics really ARE running the asylum!
