If any of you had the opportunity to watch Fox & FRiends this morning, you probably saw Bob Beckel being interviewed about todays political events.
Towards the end of the interview he announced to the Fox & FRiends hosts that he has been told by numerous people,(enough and in a way that convinced him) that a bombshell will be dropping tomorrow about Michele Obama.
The Friends turned white and asked what it might be...was it worse than a college thesis? Bob said—Oh yes, in a BIG way. He said that the Repubs were behind it and it was dumb because it meant that Mrs. Clinton would be the nominee.
So the die is cast, IMHO Hillary will suspend her campaign within the next 24 hours and then the bomb will drop, leaving the Republics to take the blame.
Beckel said that this will make Hillary the candidate. Whatever is on that tape (if it is a tape)it must be a beaut.
The whole “who has it?” discussion presupposes that there is only one copy.
In this digital day, that is unlikely. There are likely multiple copies, and both the McCain and Clinton camps likely have access.
There is, however, a bigger problem: how to release it and damage the other side, not yourself.
Certainly the Republicans should save any such video till after the Democratic convention.
Hillary, however, has a much bigger problem. Should the tape exist and should it ruin Obama, she would need his constituency in order to win in November. Releasing the tape would alienate his voters.
Thus, the Clinton campaign has to find a way to get this hypothetical tape to the public without leaving any fingerprints so as to blame it on the GOP.
That’s what all the manipulations and rumors are about.
I believe that sign was made up by a Freeper. There’s a website for sign-making that uses that “Trinity Church” sign as a sample.
Ickes was adament, speaking to Russert, that Hillary would be the nominee. But Bills’ ‘last stand’ comments were almost enough to bring a tear to the eye.
Don’t start the popcorn just yet. Bob also figured Gore would be in the White House and that Kerry would have an easy time defeating Bush. There ain’t no tape. These’s only a dim wish by Bobby that he’ll be able to blame those waskally wepublicans for upsetting the messiahs applecart.
Nobody think's she's saying "whitey." But obviously you're having trouble wrapping your arms around the notion that THEY think it's incredibly damaging, or the Obama camp wouldn't be trying to cover this up. It's what she says, not her enunciation.

That’s a pretty good analysis based on what we think we know. I agree more than one has the tape, if it exists. And the likelihood of it being Hillary’s camp behind it if released now is a good bet.
The GOP would not release it themselves. They’d have someone providing plausible deniability do that. But to release it now they’d have to decide what’s the best outcome; losing the democrat cross-over votes should Hillary become nominee, or the affect the Obama camp would have on Hallary’s nomination. Which gains them more? As for me, it’s a no-brainer; don’t release it now but at or after the convention. But I’m not a politician (Thank God!).
I have seen the video. The woman on the tape looks like she has ice skates on and is holding her knee. She keeps saying "whitey" over and over.
Or is that "why me?". :~)
Anyone think the Memorial Day weekend BBQ at McCain’s ranch was used in part to discuss this tape, and a strategy for releasing it?!?
He is definitely not in the Clinton camp. He seems to be an Obama supporter. Every time I see him on Fox he always says such “nice” things about Obama. Not so much about Hillary
Pointing out the Farrakhan situation is WAY differnet that accusing her of saying WHITEY!! Go for the Farrkhan angle for sure, but leave the Hoax WHITEY part out of it.
