Along the way she managed to get married an impressive number of times, so she takes up two full lines on the ballot:
Carole Keeton McClellan Rylander Strayhorn (or was it "...Strayhorn Rylander"?)
Anyhow, my guess is that fat little Scott wrote the book because George Soros paid him to, AND so that he could go back to Austin and be feted by what passes for intelligentsia thereabouts.

Listening to an interview with McClellan the other day he was evasive then and wouldn’t answer a question to nail anybody. All his answers were, “As I saw it...” “...in my opinion...”, blah, blah, blah. It’s not a tell all but more of a tell it as I saw it so I don’t get sued.

No, the purpose of the White House reaction was to finish Scott off for the future. It’s politics’ way of making sure a guy never works “in this town” again. Otherwise, the book might have been forgotten by right AND left.
