Since Michigan and Florida DID knowingly violate the party rules they must be punished, otherwise anarchy results. So here's my solution ...
- Michigan and Florida get HALF their delegates seated.
- So for Michigan instead of 156, they get 78 and Florida gets 92½ instead of 185. (Dems have 1/2 delegates)
Now....
- For FL both were on the Ballot, so Hill gets ½ of the 105 she 'won' = 52½ Barry gets his ½ of the 69 he 'won' = 34½ (that's a +18 for Hillary)
- MI is trickier as Barry wasn't on the ballot. BUT its pretty well known, 'a given', all the "uncommitted votes" were for him. That gives us these numbers..
- Hill gets ½ of the 73 she 'won' = 36½
- Barry gets ½ of the 55 'uncommitted' = 27½
(that's a +9 for Hillary)
- So after all the whining, screaming, whining and moaning by Team Hillary her gain is a stinking 27 Delegates
- This also puts this Chinese Fire Drill to an end. Barry now has 62 more delegates and that puts him over the top with all his Super Delegates.
This is the ONLY 'fair way' to do it.

"Brian Becker of A.N.S.W.E.R. had papered SE DC with posters urging locals to show up to support Barry"
Now that suprises me. I thought Becker wouldn't care which of the two commies won.

ANY Award of Michigan’s “Uncommitted will be a COUP for us.
It’ll make him ILLEGITIMATE..
He never won those Delegates, in any way, shape, or form.
CHAOS continues.

Did anyone cover the constitutionality of the rules by the Democratic Party to start with? Even back after McGovern.
What this does to the our election process as a country and differing from the other side?

Top Hillary Supporter Bill Nelson To DNC: Time For A Florida Revote
By Greg Sargent - March 6, 2008, 1:16PM
This is interesting: Although the Clinton camp’s official position is that they oppose a revote in Florida, a top Hillary supporter in the state just expressed support for the idea and confirmed he’s pressuring the DNC to pay for it.
Senator Bill Nelson, on MSNBC a few moments ago, said:
“The Democrats in Florida want their votes counted under the principle of one person, one vote. And we’re a little sensitive about our votes not being counted. And so, if the only way to do that is to do it over, then I would support that.”
Nelson — who’d previously said the original Jan. 29 primary was sufficient — said he’s opposed to the idea of Florida taxpayers picking up the tab for a new election. But interestingly, he revealed that he was pressing DNC chair Howard Dean to stage and pay for the revote:
“I have written to Howard Dean today to say, if you’re not going to seat the Florida delegation, then pay for another election, and let’s get the party unified, and let’s get Florida and Michigan seated,” Nelson said, adding that if the DNC doesn’t get this resolved it faces a train wreck.

Nelson looks like the result of lousey work by an incompetant undertaker.
If I were the widow, I wouldn’t pay.

If this guy was really serious he’d say this... “I’m a U.S. Senator and a Democrat. You either seat Floriduh’s delegates or tomorrow I will be an independent and caucus with the Republicans”. :)
