2. All Warrick CFC inhalers have a January 2009 expiration date. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF WARRICKS YOU CAN BUY IS 2 PER MONTH (if your doctor prescribes that amount) TIMES THE NUMBER OF MONTHS REMAINING BETWEEN THE DATE OF THE ORDER AND JANUARY 2009.

3. NO ARGUING, NO WHINING, NO ATTITUDE, NO EXCEPTIONS. IF/WHEN THEY PULL THE PLUG AGAIN IT WILL BE FOR GOOD- AND NO OTHER DRUG STORE WILL TAKE THIS BURDEN ON NOW.

Just do it... it takes 3-4 minutes (file one complaint for each HFA brand you had a medical problem with), just fill out what you can- the most important information is the BRAND of the HFA inhaler (ProAir HFA, Proventil HFA, Xopenex HFA, Ventolin HFA) and the DETAILS OF YOUR MEDICAL COMPLAINT WITH THE HFA INHALER... and OLD reports are better than NO reports (some reports are filed years later- but we need them in NOW)

The FDA says that they only received 415 HFA rescue inhaler MEDWATCH complaints in 2007. We've received more than five times as many HFA complaints on this petition just between October 2007 and May 2008.

After studying these figures carefully, we suspect that possibly one or two of you might not yet have filed your online HFA MEDWATCH complaints.

The new inhalers are no good. My doctor has put me on Proventil as it is hard to get the CFC Alubterol inhalers. Besides not working well the cost has gone through the roof. I do find comfort in the fact that the government is here to help......my fat ..... .

I thought you all would be interested in this way to complain to the FDA and sign a petition about you and your family’s experiences with the new inhalers. Also see the first reply for information about how to stock up on the old inhalers. They will work for some amount of time past the expiration date. Hope this helps!

The ethanol is derived from corn, and there are many asthmatic patients with serious CORN ALLERGIES. The corn residue remaining with the corn-sourced ethanol CAN NOT BE RULED OUT AS A POTENTIAL SERIOUS RISK to corn-allergic patients, according to technical staff at Schering-Plough (Proventil HFA) and Sepracor (Xopenex HFA).

Thanks. None of my family has an asthma problem, but I’d be happy to sign the petition. The idiots who govern us are, apparently, willing to kill off asthma patients for a law that can have only a minuscule impact on the environment—if that.

Everyone of good sense and good will toward others should surely sign this petition.
