Warren’s daddy had at least 30 “wives.” From photos, many appear to be no more than 13 or 14 at the time of their “weddings.”

If the men are refusing DNA tests, how do we know which children are or are not the product of child rape by Warren Jeffs?
And remember, he is in prison for being an accomplice to rape, by forcing the marriage of a young man to a 14 year old girl against her will, followed by years of forcible rape until her escape.
This is the standard procedure of this child rape cult: Jeffs mandates which child marries which man, and mandates the child’s rape.
Open your eyes woman! You are on the side of child rapists!
That's a separate issue from taking children from their moms. You can do DNA tests while the moms are with their children, and the Texas Supreme Court ordered the kids to be returned to their mothers.
What the men do in prison is another subject.
First of all, don't call me "woman". Only my husband is allowed that privilage. (And he better be smiling when he says it.) Secondly, CPS has yet to produce one raped child. If they had one, you can bet your right eye that they'd have let the planet know about it.
Look, I'm all about investigating this cult and making sure the kids are not being abused. But constitutional law is there to protect all of us. You start ripping away a little corner for a special situation and the whole thing *will* deteriorate fast. That piece of paper is all that stands between us and fascism. We MUST respect it and we MUST insist that our representatives do to. If we don't, the dream really will be over.
Have an investigation. Heck, keep the kids who are deemed to be in danger (11 to their 17th birthday). But do it lawfully.
Warren has nothing to do with the case at hand. They need to bring evidence against THESE parents regarding THESE children. How dense are you?
No she's not, she's on the side of the rule of law, particularly the Laws and Constitution of the State of Texas. After the requirements of those have been satisfied, she'd probably stick the needle in herself. (again if the law allowed that).
