I consider this good news. The State ought to allow for diverse religious practices, even though I have only one precious wife.
This is one of the best videos I have seen. This FLDS woman makes mincemeat out of the CNN talking head:

Thanks for posting this article.
Yes it is good news. A State Supreme Court standing up for what is right against a state government gone insane?
I’m glad to see it
It is not condoning polygamy, regardless of how frickin diverse that is. It is saying that the state had no compelling reason to remove the children.
Prosecute the idiots for polygamy and any other welfare fraud ad child abuse they may be involved in. But just like anyone else, these folks are entitled to some presumption of innocence.
“We are being treated like the Jews” in a country that professes to be free:

I love this woman, she is bold.
Boom! Justice prevails.
Polygamy runs largely contrary to my particular faith. But why is it outlawed in a country that does not, by virtue of its Constitution, respect one religion over another?
I'll answer my own question: Because our "leaders" in government are ignorant WRT the meaning and intent of our founding documents.
What about the 13 year old married pregnant girls, are they sending them back to their husbands?
They haven’t found any yet, but they’re still looking for them.
She ripped that fag up and down.
Which is to say that when translated your comment is "Government stands up to Government".
But it was soooo much easier that way.
The Texas Supreme Court just told the incompetent bungling government employees to do it right, not don't do it.
Call men when they giver her gas and not before eh.
“Which is to say that when translated your comment is “Government stands up to Government”.”
I think she went ballistic quite a long time ago
1. Now we get to watch the spectacle of the Texas DFPS dragging their feet on this until there is a court order with a deadline for returning the children.
2. Pray for civil lawsuits with large settlements, enough to bankrupt the DFPS, and the entire state that allowed this idiocy to happen.
3. Pray for criminal charges against the DFPS perpetrators of this injustice.
You have it correct. The CPS is not a well run organization.
