It is not condoning polygamy, regardless of how frickin diverse that is. It is saying that the state had no compelling reason to remove the children.
Prosecute the idiots for polygamy and any other welfare fraud ad child abuse they may be involved in. But just like anyone else, these folks are entitled to some presumption of innocence.

I just watched Nancy Dis-Grace go ballistic while attacking the church members. She doesn't hesitate to call these people perverts but I never hear her say that about homosexuals.
