SM has embraced the main Demagogue talking point on Iraq and just happens to be "on the lecture circuit" - coincidence that he has vastly increased his speaking fee and bookability with this onslaught?
"History appears poised to confirm what most Americans today have decided: that the decision to invade Iraq was a serious strategic blunder. No one, including me, can know with absolute certainty how the war will be viewed decades from now when we can more fully understand its impact. What I do know is that war should only be waged when necessary, and the Iraq war was not necessary....."
....McClellan is on the lecture circuit....

You’re correct there. He sees that McCain won’t win and that the Pubs will lose all semblance of power they once held. He’s no better than the rest of the elected Republican establishment in Washington fattening up their campaign coffers only to decide to ‘retire’ on the taxpayer and questionable campaign fund transfers yet to be implemented. They see rough times ahead and they are too chicken$hit to fight for their ideals (if they really ever had any)like men. I am about to put the ‘politician’ back down to the same level as “attorney” right there along with “priests”
