The whole concept of "Cap and Trade" is absolutely outrageous.

Just another step along the lines of BIG BROTHER--as we make the government even bigger, more controlling and more intrusive!! That's just what we need--the government telling us how much we should consume--by setting the baseline for all consumption!!

As if the government doesn't have enough power and control already. /s

Unbelievable.
