Wonder how many other times the guy did the action without
getting caught.....
Sounds like a private hospital....
Just fired the patient? I hope the patient sues the dude
after the criminal gets convicted...for all he’ll ever
be worth.....then sue the hospital if they knew about the
guys behaviour....just get a record of the guys work
history(if it is discoverable)...see if he was counseled
about this behaviour.....this is one more case where you
like lawyers....
Si se puede!
BTW: Loved "The Hotel New Hampshire" as well, although the movie was awful.
Yeah, I’m the same way McGreevey, I knew eating boogers
in public was something to be ashamed of, all the girls
AND gays didn’t like me....but I knew it was a gift
from my god(who I believe likes people to eat boogers, even
though in His commonly accepted Word says DON’T EAT BOOGERS), and
I knew boogerdom was a gift. Ultimate recycling, and low
C02 footprint. I had to choose whether I was going to accept boogerdom
and revel in it, or forever hate myself and split myself
in two. Outwardly keeping my nostrils virginal and
indulging in private while I yearned for outward public
expression of my pleasure....Oh, how I would wish I
had a cold....
OK>. Sick sarcasm off....
Calling white black and black white COULD be a sign of
a very depraved mind.
That was sick alright.
the patient woke up and said, “i just had the weirdest dream.”
...and the nurse responded, “oh really, what about”?

Same thing under Florida law. The legal definition of Sexual Battery in Florida is:
"Sexual battery" means oral, anal, or vaginal penetration by, or union with, the sexual organ of another or the anal or vaginal penetration of another by any other object; however, sexual battery does not include an act done for a bona fide medical purpose. (to be a crime it must be non consensual, but that is left for the operative part of the law rather than put in the definitions section.
I could use a sexual battery charge.
Dream on, we all wish we could just “keep going and going and going”, but it ain’t gonna happen.
This is far more common than people realize. If you have a loved one in extended care at a hospital, especially one in a coma, it is likely someone there has taken liberties with them overnight. I have worked with hospitals for years, and many of the incidents are never reported, and folks are quietly transferred.
“Just doing the jobs Americans wont do...”
outstanding!
