Whew! My dear dad was 83 when he died. It causes a very interesting reaction for me to think about him doing that.
Hey Norm! Sun’s out!! Fire’s almost out!
To: NormsRevenge
Wow - good for them. I hope can string 3 coherent words together at 83. You’re never too old for love (and sounds like he knows how to make it work).

I too wish the best for Mr. and Mrs. Inouye. I don't agree with a lot of his political viewpoints, but the man served his country nobly and well during his World War II duty.

My Day remarried when he was 57 after beng widowed 12 years. Good for him, she was a good lady as was Mom.
It smells good here today,, sunny too,, 68 right now.. hopefully a couple more days and they will have this one close to being snuffed out..

And if one lasts for more than four hours, may he remember to call a doctor.

Wow, good for him and her. I thought he’d passed-on a few years ago. May they have as many good years together, as is possible, at their ages.

Gee, for a minute there I thought "California marriage" meant what "Massachusetts marriage" means.
Good luck to Daniel and Irene.

Any pics? I wonder if she is 80 or 24.

This would normally be an occasion for “Was it California’s first gay marriage?” wise cracks.
Inouye however, is a genuine WWII “Hero” prosthetic arm, the whole bit, he gave alot for the US, So I will wish him well on his new marriage, 83 is young compared to the Last Doughboy at 107...

That kind of thinking is what is wrong with out country and party. Inouye(pronounced: I annoy you or In no way) was a war hero a half century ago and since then has done everything in his power to socialize this nation. Same can be said of McCain. If you criticize him for anything, and there is plenty to criticize him on, someone points out that he was a war hero. That is not enough.

I wish him well — even if he is a miserable socialist racist.
