Is that a real ad? I can’t believe Toyota had the balls.
It looks awesome but I’d put in a small gasoline backup so you can limp back to shore. There’s nothing like losing power in a random thunderstorm in the middle of water.
I was thinking there must be a full bank of batteries to accomplish the 30 knot feat. I don’t believe the boat has enough solar panal surface area to take in the energy to propel it that fast. Probably take days in full sun to recharge.
