The call did not go into a 911 system. There will be no caller ID. Also, the State has maintained steadily that they were not aware the call was a hoax and there is no evidence to suppor they did know. The FDLS freaks are throwing out whatever they can to muddy the water. Oh, OK..the call was a hoax. Here’s your kids back and oh, happy breeding!
“The court system does work......”
We still need to wait and see. One court does not agree with another court. This has been appealed. It all depends on what the Texas high court thinks now. It is just amazing how these judges go to school to learn how to read the law. And yet none of them come up with the same results when they do so. The decisions made by most courts are very much determined by the personal belief system of the judge.
Seemed that one authoritarian action could be justified with the same logic as the other.
You are referring to the baby born to the 14-year old. Both are now in State custody but the young mother has the child with her.
No one thought that the phone call was legitimate, are you kidding? It was passed on from some women’s shelter, with no name attached to it from an allegedly borrowed cell phone. If a woman was in trouble at the YFZ compound, and she was able to get out to borrow a cell phone, she wouldn’t go back. None of it made any sense. You can’t rationalize this stuff.
They were out to get this cult and they jumped on the chance through a very bogus anonymous phone call. Then, they extrapolated the second hand accusations to include everyone at the compound. If I could see through the bogus phone call, the authorities surely could. They had the ability to do a quick search on the accused before invading the compound, but they chose not to, or they decided to go in, even though the guy was not there.
They knew. They wanted the call. It was the perfect pretext for them to set long term planning into motion.
I can make a trophy if you like. Do you want gold or platinum. My name is meant to point out that I am probably not a true lady some of the time. Check my other posts on other threads for the past 5 years and get back to me. I value your opinion.
” happy breeding!”
Being the father of 8 children I really resent your apparent contempt for large families.
I’ll look into that. There was also the information that they are collecting on those kids, but in other states. If so, that proves the kidnapping issue unless the kids moved with legite parents and not fakes.
There is not proof. In fact, the State said that many of the mothers of really young kids could stay with them. However, the DNA issue is pending...waiting to see if these “mothers” are really the mothers after all.
Wouldn’t be calling me not too bright when you can’t seem to figure out the difference between approving of the flds and demanding that due process is taken care of.
You have just said that all Christian children are being raped, forced to bear children at young ages and forced into spiritual marriages not knowing the difference because they are brainwashed.
Are you intent on pissing off everyone?
Yippie !!
Now here come the lawyer to sock it to the MORONS in Texas who keep voting to put the type of people in their legislature who allow this kind of abuse.
No sympathy here...
I wanna see the State get sued three ways....
Long, Hard and Continuously!!
My Grandfather came from a family of 14. His Mother (My Great-Grandmother) had 21 pregnancies in her lifetime. It wasn’t considered that unusual at the time - they were Polish immigrants.
I am one of six siblings. Not that large of a family it seems to me, but I had to listen to many derogatory remarks regarding my Mom and her lack of restraint in re: childbearing.
Communist centers around people have no rights. That is not the case here. Due process is being “processed”. I can’t find anyone to tell me where Texas lied and is denying due process. Is this not going through the courts?
CPS would have taken Jesus away from Mary... she was only 15 and not even married at the time !!
Yes, they have a right to remove a pregnant 14-year old when the father is believed to be an older man. Don’t compare Richard Jewel with child rapists.
Facts don’t matter with government enthusiasts.
