Don’t worry, real Conservaties will step up to the plate and do the dirty work to ensure that Obama is not your next president. You can keep your pride and principals intact!

Real Conservatives don't throw their pride and principals out the window to vote for someone that disdains everything they stand for.

I posted this in another thread already:

I was worried about a Gore presidency. Thankfully Bush won.
I was worried about a Kerry presidency. Thankfully Bush won.
I worry about a Hillary Clinton presidency. Thankfully she ain’t gonna get the democratic nomination.

An Obama presidency absolutely scares the crap out of me.

I’ve gotta vote for McCain even though I don’t want to.

Prominent conservatives and activists are indicating they will put aside their differences with presumptive Republican presidential nominee Sen. John McCain and rally their supporters to his side because of one issue: federal judgeships.

Have conservatives ever counted on McCain and not been disappointed?

It does sound like something stupid from Fred Barnes. Gosh, that guy gets to me, pretending that he is a conservative.

Back to the subject, with McCain you will probably get someone between a Souter and an O’Conner late in her term. Better than an Obam choice perhaps, but not nearly enough to get me motivated for McInsane.

It's too bad I've already promised myself to never vote for McCain.

I made that same promise when I moved to Arizona in 2005. I see no reason to break that promise now. Anyone that votes for McCain will forever give up the right to question why blacks always vote for the democrats.

"At least with McCain, there’s hope of conservative judges being appointed."

All McCain (or any president) can do is nominate. Still needs senate confirmation.

Mcinsane would appoint whoever his great friend Ted would ask for as a tribute to their great friendship and for the soon to be departed.

McCain may or may not be salvageable. Somebody better start trying to win some Senate seats to make a last stand against an Obama win and subsequent judicial appointments.

McCains’ judges pick will come from a list provided by the then Senate Majority Leader.

Many forget that it was Senate Majority Leader Reid who recommended Bush2 nominate Harriet Miers for the SC opening.

And Bush did.

I will be voting for McCain. I may be ill afterward, but I will not accept Obama.

Funny, if voting for someone made me ill....I wouldn't do it.

Yeah right... the President of the United States of America has nothing to do with the U.S Armed Forces!

LOL, some people like to ignore that little thing called the Constitution.

"I see you are not the smartest kid on the block"

Oh brother!

As an American Citizen it is my sovereign right to vote for a President based on the issues that concern me the most. One such issue is who will become Commander in Chief of the U.S Armed Forces. I'll vote accordingly to my concerns regarding this issue.

You have a problem with that?
