Far be it from me as a lawyer to advise contempt of court, but the United Nations’ various tribunals are a contemptible lot.
Agreed, and I have more than adequate contempt of the UN in general, especially the UN court.
However, when an editor of two prominent newspapers reveals the names of protected witnesses in the Hardinaj trial (and several witnesses in this trial have been killed), it sounds like it should be a lot more than "contempt of court" to me.
