Umm, all of them? IIRC, Kentucky’s entire southern border is on the Tennessee line and Tennessee borders Arkansas. Illinois borders neither Tennessee nor Arkansas and you have to go through either Kentucky and Tennessee or Missouri to get to Arkansas from Illinois.

I’ll get flamed for saying so, but I agree with John Adams. I believe if an individual does not file a US 1040 tax return in the year prior and current election year, showing actual earned income, he or she should not be allowed to vote, period. I’m not sure college students should be allowed to vote, because their votes are primarily emotion-driven, through on-campus indoctrination by leftist academics and other adverse influences.

Ok folks,the Barrack bubble is inflated with methane and after his Denver coronation the RNC is going to give it a little spark making it come down like the Hindenburg in a disastrous conflagration.
That means a McCain win in November no matter how few conservatives vote for him.(Damn! the GOP finally gets a sure thing and McCain is the nominee—talk about getting slapped silly by the karma palm for electing RINOs).
Best for conservatives to vote in droves for the Arizona arsehole now—if you want to have a place at the table.
