No, Ted is a wonderful man. He has done more for conservatives families to keep taxes low and preserve the sovereignty of the US.
I am praying for you Ted.

Let’s hope there can be one Sen. Kennedy thread that will not be taken down.

This news shocked me. I am so sorry. I hope treatment will get him through this.
To: Mercat
Would not be suprised if he does that now that he is fighting for his life.

I would no more wish cancer on “Big Ted”, then wish “Big Ted” on any unwitting electorate on the planet.

I truly wish no ill will on this guy. What I can't stand is all the phony accolades on the news stations. We will be bombarded with how great a leader this guy is,yadda,yadda.... I will leave my TV off!! I'm in teddy land and it's been non stop wall to wall coverage all afternoon, the a$$kissing is nauseating, they are making teddy out to be some kind of a God.......granted the prognosis of his situation isn't looking good, but sheesh, let's get real here people, just a sign of things to come. I wonder if he'll EVER resign his senate seat? If/when he does, that means the gigilo will become the senior senator from MA, God help us all!

I had a former boss of mine pass away fom a brain tumor last November. If I’m not mistaken I believe that Georgia Senator Paul Coverdall also died of a brain tumor. IMHO he was a fine senator.

It is really, really aggressive. My relative lived less than one month from diagnosis to death. Surgery was tried, but he never recovered from it. He was in his 80’s, so older than Kennedy. I think it is a particularly hard way to die, at least for the family.

Schwarzenegger(married to Teddy’s niece) was just on Tom Sullivan’s radio show.He told Tom that the tumor was inoperative.

The media is sort of downplaying this, if it is a brain tumor it could mean he only has days to live as many of these tumors don’t cause symptoms until the very end. However it if it is a realitivly benign tumor it could be treated with conservative treatment and not cause any more problems for years.

I wish no disease or harm on the Senator, and I take no pleasure in his suffering. That said, I won’t be shedding any tears over this, either.

I looked up the following words: glioblastoma brain tumor.
Quite frankly, the information describing what all this means is frightening.
I feel sorry, yes feel sorry for the Senator. Whether I like him or not is irrevelant.
Mr. Senator, God be with you.

Regarding your tagline (which I'm sure is sarcasm) Jimmy Carter made the world safer by losing the 1980 election. I'm glad I could help.
I didn't know Herzog had died. I remember when Pete Rose came in second place in the Manager Of The Year voting Herzog mentioned Rose did a great job especially considering who was playing first base for the Reds (Rose played first base).

The original article said that Kennedy has “a limited time to live.”
That describes all of us.
Kennedy is in a good place: He’s being made aware that his days are numbered, that he’s not got long before he leaves this life and enters the next one. This is a blessing to him: It provides him a gracious opportunity to turn to the Lord for mercy and forgiveness. Most people don’t get this warning from the Almighty of an impending meeting with Him.
I echo your sentiment: May Sen. Kennedy turn to the Lord for salvation.
