Saying hateful things about Christians and Jews is okay, at least according to most of our Politicians, many of our Courts, the Major News Media and of course the ACLU. Oh I’m sorry, I forget Academia.

If it isn’t legally or politically possible to shut the school down permanently and prevent it from reopening elsewhere in the US, I think it’s better that it operate on county-owned leased property, than buying its own property. The property owner can retain some control, right to inspect the property, etc., and the Fairfax County government has no direct relationship with the Saudi government (unlike the federal government) and can politically afford to be a bit pushier.
