Ferraro suggests she may not vote for Obama (senator has been "terribly sexist")

(CNN) — Geraldine Ferraro, the outspoken former Democratic vice presidential candidate and a supporter of Hillary Clinton's White House bid, told the New York Times she may not vote for Barack Obama should he be the party's nominee.

Ferraro, a former member of Clinton's finance committee who resigned that post earlier this year after making comments many viewed as racially offensive, also said she thinks the Illinois senator has been "terribly sexist" over the course of the presidential campaign.

The comments appear to underscore the potential difficulty Obama may have courting some women voters in the fall — many of whom have said they feel a solidarity with the New York senator over the barriers Clinton faces in her bid to become the first female president.

Doesn’t really matter ... sufficient numbers of illegal, dead, fictional and redundant voters will cast their votes for the messiah.

Limosine Liberal white guilt + incredible ignorance of modern black = a complete inept and incompetent nominee.

Fuzzy Math, no wonder liberals love it.

Who will she and other yellow dogs vote for, McCain? I doubt it. They’ll pull for the party nominee they know no other way.

Obama is terribly sexist and racist. A typical Leftist hypocrite. They don’t call them DemonRats for nothing.

Hmmmm...Obama has been successful in telling blacks not to vote for Hillary, so Hillary sends her #1 Flying Monkey out to tell women not to vote for Obama.

I don't think she'll get the 90+% compliance rate that Obama did. ;)

I love it - the Democratic race has been reduced to sexists versus racists, genitalia voters versus melanin voters. This is the harvest reaped from forty years of identity politics.

Of course, that Obama is 'terribley Marxist' is not a problem. This is on Obama's 'plus' side. . .

The fact that the man, on his own, cannot offer a coherent answer to any question matters not at all.

Geraldine’s from the old Betty Friedan school of gender femminism. To her, sexism is a bigger issue than Marxism (possibly because Betty Friedan was a Marxist).

She has been beaten up because of her politically incorectness, but she is right. I think Obama is going to have a big problem bringing back the Hillary female vote “Sweetie”.

Is this the real reason why Ferraro may not vote for B. Hussein O.? Or, is this just a convenient excuse to avoid stating the real reason - that B. Hussein O. is just plain bad for this country.

I know you are snarking, but in my college (feminist) days, I would have gone postal over the ‘sweetie’ remark. I still think it is condescending coming from a man to a woman who is trying to do her job. He brushed her, (the reporter) off, and called her sweetie. This is enraging feminists. Hell hath no fury like a feminist called sweetie.

Poor woman hasn’t gotten the message that the race card trumps the gender card every time. She’s like a robot futilely beeping “sexism sexism” because she isn’t programmed for any other response. Kinda pathetic.
