That would actually be a real interesting can of worms. The open/conceal rules from state to state would be a monumental task to put into a map like jd has put together for the permit process. Some states are very simple to understand and many are full of special circumstances that make my head spin.
In MN we carry concealed, or open, our choice. The word “concealed” does NOT appear in any legislation. What are the regs in Washington?
