Dignity New Zealand spokeswoman Lesley Martin says it highlights an urgent need to work towards a just and legal process so people who want to end their lives can do so legitimately. Ms Martin is disgusted someone might be taking money for assisting with suicides.

So, killing someone who is depressed is just fine, but you can't charge them a fee.
