I could not agree more. When Castro dies I will be quite happy and have no qualms expressing that happiness. Ted Kennedy is misguided. Fidel Castro is pure evil.
whatever...
I have an aunt who was diagnosed with liver cancer. I’ll be taking my 82 year old Mom to see her sis in Missouri in coming weeks, as the aunt is deteriorating rapidly.
So sorry to hear about your Mom. Losing a Mom among the worst things to endure.
My cousin’s little daschunds sleeps on my aunt’s side. The aunt claims they sleep right where her cancer is. The aunt has never been a big animal lover but she knows these dogs know something is wrong and want to comfort her (and they do).
That’s not a Chinook..
well, blesss your heart..
I wish him. Well, I just wish him.
I wonder why some people are having such a hard time understand that.
Common good manners should apply here. Thanks for reminding us.
Kristinn, what is that standard?
Can you clarify. Because I have seen many of these same type of posts before and they have not been removed. So suddenly, Kennedy is in the hospital and posts like the one that the girl keeps asking why it was deleted get deleted.
I sure don’t understand what possible standard that Jim has set that was violated by her post.
So I guess if Castro has a stroke the same posts won’t be deleted?
OMG, now your post has me sobbing! I bet your mom and the critters are having a grand old time. I took mom out of her assisted living about a year before she got sick because I could take care of her and she really didn’t need to be there anymore. Her last 3 months, after being diagnosed, were actually fine for her - no pain or discomfort, just weight loss. She ate regularly and sill had to stay up late to watch the numerous “Will and Grace” reruns. Then one day it stopped and we lost her a week later. My kitty was fine, or so it seems. He also went through the death of cancer from his sister years ago.
Hope all is well with your family.
Thanks for the giggle, it broke some tension.
I agree. I don’t want to sit in the seat of the scornful. We are supposed to pray for all men and realize we don’t know everything no matter how much we might dislike the past actions or politics of a person. - We are supposed to pray for our enemies.
I was hoping you were going to ask. The admin moderator doesn't want you to be an animal loving nutjob like those PETA people. That's the best I could come up with.
"The Kennedy family seems destined to grief and tragedy, a sad tale - Prayers for them."
Yes,no matter the politics, I have to admit that just one small portion of all that the family has endured would be enough for a lifetime. To lose four of your siblings and a well loved nephew to tragedy would destroy many people, but add to that having two of your children faced with cancer, must have been overwhelming. Prayers for the whole family.
I am trying to remember if it was this bad when Clinton had to go to the hospital.
I’m embarrassed by some of the posts, but (sadly) not surprised.
CNN: John Kerry showed up at the MA General Hospital.
So do I. But a thread about Kennedy’s possible stroke isn’t the place to deal with it.
Hold your fire, roses of sharon. It may make you feel better to spill all of his dirty laundry (and I do not deny that he has a lot), but it isn’t the place to do so.
