There was no indication Knox aimed at anything in particularI'm sure if his shots had struck someone, the victim(s) would have taken great comfort in knowing he didn't shoot them on purpose. /sarcasm

There was no indication Knox aimed at anything in particular as he fired the shots, Donnelly said
Hey Donnelly wanna buy a clue. What goes up, must come down. Its one of those Laws of physics thingys. And whether he was aiming, or just shooting 'up' or horizontally is irrelevant - he hit something brainiac. Bullets just don't disappear.
Some poor schmuck may now wake up to find a bullet hole in his car or window shot out. His Insurance Company will just love that - and so will the local cop who takes the report.
And this sh*t for brains cop better pray he didn't hit a person.

Deputies confiscated the gun but didn't arrest Knox, Donnelly said. They didn't make an arrest because they couldn't immediately make contact with the prosecutor's office, Gualtiere said.Highly intoxicated, firing a gun out the window and no arrest. Somehow I don't think they'd give me a pass for either offense.

I’m shocked the prosecutor is actually charging a cop, even if the cop lives 200 miles away.
