Everyone wears the cap and gown for graduation. He can wear his uniform underneath and remove the rob following the ceremony. A&M has a long tradition with their Corps. If this school elevated the Jr ROTC status they may want to wear uniforms.
Wearing the cap and gown over the uniform is against Marine Uniform Regulations.
