The school board convenes on Monday to adopt a policy disallowing the
wearing of anything other than a cap and gown for graduation.
I hope the school board smugly thinks they've BANNED/CENSORED
any sign of patriotism at graduation.
And the Marine shows up in a cap and gown.

Everyone wears the cap and gown for graduation. He can wear his uniform underneath and remove the rob following the ceremony. A&M has a long tradition with their Corps. If this school elevated the Jr ROTC status they may want to wear uniforms.
