Kosovo is not a quagmire. Kosovo is working out very well. The U.S. contribution is down to about a brigade, and the Europeans, including the Swiss and Austrians, are chipping in. The only ones unhappy about Kosovo are the Serbs.

Gee, I wonder why they are "unhappy"? Could it be because we invaded their country, built a military base, became an occupier and then gave a piece of their country away to Albania?

Don't know about you but this makes me ashamed, not proud. We are "the USA", not Nazi Germany and not the Taliban, but you wouldn't know it from the results we've supported in Kosovo.
