You are correct. The Sierra Club IS an evil organization. They have been hijacked by far left radicals. This has been true for many years. Most of the major players in this organization are scum of the earth lawyers. Maybe in the days of John Muir they were a decent organization. They have been terrible for many years. They are on the wrong side of just about every issue and the stands they take actually HURT the environment. Take the issue of forest thinning for example.
As an aside I do not know what constitutes an environmentalist. It seems like to me it is shear assertion. If you say you are an environmentalist then you are one. I believe we all want a cleaner, healthier, more beautiful enviroment. So are we not all environmentalists. Are we not?
