Good! I’m sure she didn’t mean for the girl to kill herself but what kind of adult does that to a junior high aged student? What a despicable thing to do. I think that's probably why it took so long to see any movement on this.....Local prosecutors didn't know how to apply law to a case like this. It really needed to go to the feds for some kind of case law to be established. I'm not advocating the fed, but I believe this is going to be a part of standard law for the future of cyber-based crimes such as this.

Actually, from what I have previously read about this case and this woman, I have no trouble believing that her ultimate goal was to drive the child to suicide.
