Barack does not know his history as he was taught by a bunch of socialist professors who write their own version.

I guess Bush’s speach isn’t news if Osbama doesn’t comment on it.

Now, Obama will start negotiating with Chavez, Nutjob, Assad, etc. in a tantrum just to prove Bush wrong.

Obama is a Surrendercrat, hands-down.

White House spokesperson Dana Perino was asked if Bush's line was a slam against Obama and she insisted, "It is not."

"I understand that when you are running for office sometimes you think the world revolves around you.

I thought that was funny, especially since you correctly pointed out that this has become news because Obama took offense.

Perhaps the Iranian Revolutionary Guards will send him a pick me up email after being skewered so thoroughly?

"Instead of tough talk and no action, we need to do what Kennedy, Nixon and Reagan did and use all elements of American power"

So I guess Obama is now freely admitting that he was lying about Bush's policies of preemption, as by definition they require 'action' instead of 'tough talk'.  What a weakling.

Kennedy assassinated President Diem of Vietnam and allowed an invasion of Cuba.  Nixon bombed Cambodia and Reagan bombed Khadafy.  Is this Obama putz suggesting a left wing liberal is actually capable of drawing blood?

No, Obama is a Marxist, who does not want to see the US as a world power. Black Liberation Theology does not believe in the use of military by the US under ANY circumstance. No one seems to be willing to ask Obama under what circumstance he would be willing to call up the military.

Someone should ask Obama why, in his opinion, Libya gave up their nuclear weapons program a few years back...

Probably some answer like the leftists use about the fall of the Soviet Union - it would have fallen anyway, Reagan had nothing to do with it.

Or to put it another way (to Obama): You’re so vain, you probably think this comment is about you.

Daschle was just on Fox commenting. Said he was “deeply saddened.” No joke.

Neville Chamberlain and Edwuard Delaudier (sp?) (the French counterpart of Chamberlain's) have the excuse of not having had themselves as historical examples of the folly of appeasement. Obamanation has no such excuse. GWB nails it right on the head when he refers to the real driving force behind the Lib's penchant for talking to our enemies: The arrogance and hubris in their belief that their mere words will dissuade these savages from the bloody course they are on.

People who don't learn anything from tragic events of history such as Britain's appeasement of Hitler are doomed to seeing the same kind of tragedies repeated. The only thing that could have prevented WWII in the European theater and the millions of deaths of innocent people would have been for the western democracies to confront Hitler at the beginning of his reign of terror when he could have been stopped with minimum bloodshed and expense.

If Americans didn't learn anything about Islam from 9/11 we will see a far greater assault on our nation and many other non-Islamic nations around the globe in the near future. IMHO no prominent Democrat except possibly Lieberman understands any of what they should know about the dangers of appeasing evil leaders of totalitarian nations such as most Islamic states are, and the inevitable wars and suffering that follows.

Obama is a self proclaimed appeaser, although not in so many words, and we know from sad experience that the Clinton's are no better. I am not at all happy with McCain as the GOP nominee, but at least I don't worry about him caving in to the enemy in this deadly undeclared war with militant Islam.
