Those new ammo licenses and 50 round per month limits will keep those bitter, gun totin' citizens from being a significant threat to the political elite.

We’re still paying 1/4 percent sales tax for the San Francisco earthquake. It was supposed to last only to the end of that year.
What was that 15 or so years ago?
