They both have the most gorgeous blue eyes! I will pray Jim gets to go home VERY VERY soon. I don’t blame him. Hospitals are no fun, and he will get better faster at home, with a nurse coming to visit.
LOL. It's the darnedest thing, isn't it? Sometimes mine gets all blurry too. ;-)
Your looking Great!
Now get some sleep!
FR really needs it’s Chief back and ready to Roll!
Another humble Prayer for your fast recovery, and one in Thanks for the Lord for providing you with the Best of Care!
Jim you appear to be getting some spirit back, or is it the little girl sharing it with you? They have so much to contribute to our lives. Sending news of my granddaughter in the card mailed today. Hope they have begun to arrive by now.
Sleep well FeaRless Leader! Goodnight.
Every time I pass the room I seem to have to check for the latest update. What wonderful local Freepers and family to keep us all “in the loop”!
Time to “sleep well” FRiend!
Sounds like Jim will be going home in a day or two. That's good, I know he is anxious to get out of there. :-)
When I talked to him, he indicated that he was looking forward to the first Friday in June rally. I wouldn't be surprised if he is up to coming out for the rally in June, but I told him that maybe the July rally would be soon enough. I know he misses being out there supporting our troops, but I'd hate to see him try to do too much too soon.
I have to agree with Marissa...he looks great in both pics.
Love the new look, Jim. ;o)
My prayers are still with you and your family.
Marissa is adorable.
Thank you for the update!
So many prayers are with you, Jim. Almost makes those hospital gowns worth it. 8~)
Thanks for the update Amy, and Jim?
You look great! In fact you look like you could be running for office, “Hi, I’m Jim Robinson, a REAL conservative, and I’d like you to write my name in on your ballot for President this November...”
Here’s hoping you get the good word today (Tuesday) and get home where you want to be. If you’re strong enough to be getting from the bed to the chair and all of that, you’re probably (IMHO) going to be considered strong enough to go home. Prayers continue of course, that you get discharged pronto.
By the way Syncro? GREAT pictures you took there, thanks for sharing them with all of us!
Best Always,
MKJ :)
PS: Jim? Tell that ‘mental health person’ that the best way to improve your mental health is to get you OUTTA there! ;)
Amen. Amen. Amen.
Thanks to all who have provided the updates and to those who have posted.
BTTT
You’re looking good Jim!!! We’ll be here waiting for you.
Good news and great photos!. Thanks!
God bless you for the cheer & encouragement, and God bless Jim and his family.
Hey now - there’s two of my favorite people! Jim looks really good and rested in that photo!
Great report. Thanks, Syncro.
Those are some beautiful flowers.
Is that Jim’s sister in the first few photos? I had to laugh at the 3rd one cause of the look in Jim’s eyes. It appears to be one of those “you know what I’m talking about” looks. And, she looks like she’s saying, “Who me?”
Jim, here’s hoping they let you go home today. I hope you’re feeling well and thank you for all you do for us.
Thank God you have so many loyal friends in your part of the country. I hope one of them gives you a big hug from all the rest of Free Republic. And I hope that when that one person does that you can feel the love and prayers from all the grateful Freepers.
Thank you, Jim, for being our leader.
Thanks for the update and the photos Amy. Jim looks like he is fit and ready to get outta there. Nice place, good people no doubt as it is the VA and that’s the way they are, but there’s no place like home, and your own bed.
Prayers continue for Jim’s return to full comfort, health, and happiness.
