If Jim was going to have post-surgical complications, they would have set in by now. It looks like the worst is over.

That is terrific news.

As we’ve come to expect, Jim never moans or complains about his medical situation, so I’m not surprised that he’s not doing it now. However, this was a big deal. Not every man could have more than half a leg taken off and remain cheery.

I’m pretty sure I’d be severely bummed and pleased to tell everyone so.

Hats off to Jim.

Just got back from my daughter receiving her undergraduate degree AND my son graduating from Georgetown Law School, so with a heart already filled with pride and gratitude, came across your post with those pictures. It brought a tear to my eye. Whether we are just a shmoe going about our daily business or a very visible conservative icon we all live out our conservative core values and are brothers and sisters because of it.

I am so proud to be an American and a FReeper, and to know that this country still produces individuals like our beloved Jim Robinson.

Thanks again Syncro and keep fighting Jim!

Quickly bring health and healing, O God, that Jim would soon be able to continue his work. Jim, you had posted in on Mrs Don-o prayer thread last week for her surgery. Happy to report that ten days out, she has had a picture perfect recovery. We both have held your situation in our hearts and brought you to the Good Lord many times in the interim.
