Good thinking. Frankly, I don’t know. Ryan represents a pretty solid Republican base; I don’t think it would be lost.
I’d like to know why none of the three running for President right now has had to give up their Senate seat. That annoys me to no end.
None of them are up for election. Or showing up for many votes. It’s a lot tougher for a House member.
