NEW YORK
A popular Greenwich Village restaurant has settled a lawsuit with a lesbian who said a bouncer chased her out of the women's bathroom and forced her to leave because she looked masculine.
The Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund announced the settlement Tuesday on behalf of Khadijah Farmer.
The Caliente Cab Company, while denying the allegations, has agreed to pay $35,000. Caliente also will add gender identity to its non-discrimination policy; amend its employee handbook with a section on customer restroom use; adopt a gender-neutral employee dress code; and train workers on the new policies.
Farmer said the incident occurred last June 24, after she attended New York City's annual Gay Pride march.
"The Caliente Cab Company has been a prominent member of the West Village for many years," the company said in a statement. "An enlightened attitude and progressive thinking is woven into Caliente's culture and in its efforts to promote the social welfare of all members of the community."
"Caliente, while disputing the portrayal of the events as reported by the plaintiff, is happy the matter is resolved amicably without engaging in protracted litigation," the company said. "We believe the changes implemented will serve all the members of the community well in the years to come."

I don’t understand any of this. A goose is rejected because it has used drastic measures to try to become a duck and then is angry because it is treated as a duck. I thought the goose would have been happy.
“adopt a gender-neutral employee dress code”
So now ALL employees must live an ambiguous lifestyle. Great. The Gaystopo marches on.
If that individual went into the mens' room, quietly entered the "stall", did its business, washed its hands in the sink, and left ...
Nobody ...
but NOBODY ...
would so much as bat an eyelash.
I guarantee it.
You know your county is going to hell when they won’t keep perverts out of the bathrooms your little girls and boys must use. Wait till some angry father blows a trany freak away for molesting his child. Maybe then they will re-think the issue...
My husband has informed me that Khadijah is the name of “the prophet’s” first wife - the old lady who made him a man.....however, not his favorite wife, he reserved that for some child he was molesting
At some point, rest rooms will be mandated to be unisex stalls to accommodate all the various genders being claimed. Where does ‘’questioning’’ go?
That was the real object of this pc farce..
It’s clear she is doing her best to look like a man, so she should consider this a measure of her success.
Penn has been like that for decades (on a “volunteer” basis at the dorms).
Actually, at my school, they decided to be trendy and have ‘gender-neutral’ bathrooms, but that just consisted of taking down the signs on all the single-stall bathrooms around campus. It honestly didn’t make much of a difference, since they could only occupy one person at a time, so the gender designations were just ignored anyways.
This article made me think of a local restaurant that has brass plates with nudes on them on the restroom doors instead of signs that say ‘male’ and ‘female’ (and it really doesn’t come across as offensive cause the restaurant is decorated in a renaissance theme). No gender confusion there... it should be pretty darn obvious which one you belong in.
Well, as Rush says, the ugly certainly know who they are. It appears they take umbrage, however, when others point it out to them.
And if a REAL man had tried to go into a women’s room, the bouncer would have stopped him, or else the women would have yelled and screamed. The bouncer was doing his job.
With that name Kahlidja she’s got a pseudo Muslim thing going on too. Black lesbian pseudo Muslim and ugly as sin

Disclaimer: I am a woman- but....
In my experience women have a tendency to hover over the toilet to pee instead of sitting down, put sanitary waste in the bowl rather than touch the provide garbage bin, and use their foot to flush instead of their hand- even when the stall started out perfectly clean...
...And then they wonder why the seats are always wet, the toilets blocked, and the handle filthy.
When I was a teen I worked in a dept store and had the privilege of cleaning the bathrooms. The womens room was always worse.

I would have assumed “she’s” is a man ....

I wonder how many women she’s tried to pick up in a Lesbian bar said “Nice try Mister” to her?
