Carson allegedly was shot three times in the back at close range with a shotgun as she tried to flee her vehicle where she was being held captive by these two hoodlums. They then stepped over to her, lying wounded on the asphalt and shot at her at near point blank range. She put her right hand up to protect her face and had three fingers blown off by the fatal blast. That is just heinous and awful.

The DA seems to be keeping things quiet about the circumstances of the case so as not to stir up anything contrary to the "blame society, not the killers" mindset in Chapel Hill. A death sentence has not been handed down by a Chapel Hill jury in many decades and probably won't in this case either.

So, were the perps minorities?

Is that why this is all hush-hush?

We have our own case in Los Angeles where a young black man was shot by an illegal, who should have been in jail, if the county jail had just done their job and checked the perps citizenship.

Now the DA wants to smear the murdered boy as a gang member, so that the families request for a hate crime count, can not go forward. And they are threatening to continue to smear this young man, because the family wants to have Special Order Forty changed to allow the police to go after illegal gang members, which the DA does NOT want to do!

That is awful that that the area this happened in is so cowardly. Shame on them for looking the other way in the face of clear evil.
