I do not see McCaniac loosing any of Obamas 57 states in a general election match up.

McCain is going to win. I think a lot of these people saying he cannot and it is all so hopeless are liberal trolls.
There is a difference between McCain and Obama; McCain is not a black panther pile of putrid crap for starters. Anyone who says otherwise is lying.

If the primaries were the general, Hillary would have won 306 electoral votes to Obama’s 232.

Most of the "big" states that Hillary won will vote Democrat, regardless of whether the nominee is Hillary or Obama.

So what if Hillary won WV? That doesn't mean she can win it against the Republican candidate in the Fall.
Against McCain I wouldn’t be so sure.
McCain could be elected governor of New York. He’s in the same vein as other republicans who’ve won statewide elections in NY. The same with New Jersey.
Definitely PA & MI are open. McCain will clearly win Ohio, Ind, Ky, WV.
Florida and Texas are a given for McCain.
And McCain will force them to spend money in Calif.
I'd rather see Obama as the Dem nominee. He has a better chance of losing to McCain. It would be better to get rid of Hillary once and for all in the primaries.
McCain won the primary, not the party. Even as the presumptive nominee, there are large numbers of Republicans voting for other candidates, and in polling 18% of Republicans have said they will not vote for him in the general. While the media focuses on the Dems who won’t vote for the other candidate if theirs loses, they are completely ignoring the fact that the Republican nominee has the same problem.
In the early contested states McCain won with Dem crossovers, and after his win in New Hampshire, by the help of friendly media which gave him huge amounts of favorable press. Name recognition and a split conservative vote gave him SC. In the only early closed primary state, Florida, he had the help of the Crist machine, which was already up and operating in order to push through Amendment 1, to get him over the top. Until the Crist endorsement three days before the primary, he was polling well below Romney. Had Romney won Florida, he would be the presumptive nominee today.
A good argument can also be made that if the Republicans operated under a proportional system like the Dems, Romney and McCain would still be going at each other.
Yeah, but it is domestic oil that I see as our salvation for energy. The Gulf alone, Fla, off Ca., NC, NJ and the shale oil in Mont-Dakotas et al could also be used right now if we would only ignore the Gorites. Oh, Blunt is from MO., but is a House leader with Boehner. The Greens are ultimately anti-capitalist and while perhaps wussy innocent, are a real danger to our economy.
Obama meant the 57 Islamic dictatorships and he knows that Hussein, as a middle name will give him cred when dealing with jihadism!!! Yeah, that’ll work when those bombs and missiles hit San Diego or even Baltimore!!
