ER Nurses have a saying: "All bleeding stops... eventually."

If this product works, I am all for it. Mind you, it will be years before any healthcare professional even sees a live demonstration of this on a human being. But if it costs a frigging fortune for a single nanogram of the substance, they've just jacked up the price of trauma medicine to the nth degree.

I am not one of those socialized healthcare nutjobs, but it will be interesting to see how philanthropy intersects with avarice on this one, and how this will ultimately affect the cost of surgeries, emergency care, etc. What say y'all?
