The Republican Party has officially become a branch of the Warmist cult. Disgusting. It links to an introduction to the turd McCain's idiotic and potentially catastrophic "cap and trade" charade, and a "green pledge" for people who want to show how stupid they are.

The
presentation on the McCain website is one of the stupidest, most dishonest pieces of economically-illiterate trash I have ever seen. It actually tries to argue that regulations would INCREASE American jobs. What a preposterous lie, and what an absolute turd of a nominee.

This may be sinful, but I am beginning to think he should say he is pro cap and trade to get elected.
And then do nothing.

It's truly incredible that McCain and the entire GOP establishment would decide to get on this train just when it's going over a cliff. The aggregate scientific opinion and public opinion is definitely shifting away from the Gorian hysteria.
What are these idiots thinking? That they can just repeal this cap and trade scheme once it becomes obvious the whole thing was a scam? Can't you just see it? "Us leftists, it turns out, were wrong about global warming. It's not happening. Therefore we will work to give up all the control over your lives we obtained pushing the theory. Sorry for the inconvenience, and all the starving to death and all that." Right.

It's amazing how delusional people can get. But there is one thing you can always count on , and that it the relative stupidity of humanity
A couple of months back I fought against a teacher in my school for showing Al Gorebatron's award-winning sham-of-a-movie. We clashed over the issue of man-made global warming.
My actions caused him to look deeper into the issue, and he today approached me and revealed this to me. He came to agree that we are not warming, but actually cooling for about the next ten years
One more point for TRUTH

Like The Episcopal Church, the once proud GOP has been taken over by leftists. And, like The Episcopal Church, the GOP is doomed to failure.
First, anmnesty. Now this. The GOP can suck olives in November for all I care. I'm voting third-party.

Seeing this today made me, for the first time, seriously consider whether it would be better for the country and the future of the conservatism to have Obama pushing asinine, freedom killing, leftist policies than somebody from the party I used to root for.

This is as bad as the amnesty bill of last year. We have to fight this tooth and nail, like we did amnesty.

LOL, it makes me ashamed that I was ever a Republican. But what are you gonna do? I’m sure they’ll never give me my years of donations back, so all I can do is treat myself with the money I won’t be sending anymore.

The presentation on the website is hysterical.
All we have to do is reduce carbon output and U.S. jobs and GDP will surge! Surge, I tell ya!

By the way, it will be interesting to see how the RNC’s fundraising goes now that the organization is depending on those hearty grassroots activists known as “moderates” and “independents”, lol.
I’m sure the money will be pouring in.

If you want to accelerate that movement left,

Just reinforces my recent move to drop the “(R)” next to my name after 25 years or so & change it to “(I)”. So glad I’m no longer associated with the (R)etard party. The recent MSM swap of the traditional red & blue party coloring to tag the (R)’s with red instead of blue is starting to look a bit prophetic.
