You don’t get to “release” it.

The county where he was born would have it on file.

I don't know the procedures, but to be President it's a requirement to be 35 years old and a native born American.

A birth certificate is about the only way to document both.

Birth Certificates are not public records in some states. At least no one can obtain them other than the person whose birth it records or maybe their parents.

Of course Government agencies or the cops with a court order could get them.
