California lawmakers are going to face ugly choices in the coming months. Their troubles should be a lesson to legislators in other states. It's time to rein in spending.

Since then, he has become a true girly man. The state legislature is full of socialists cum commies; they will never vote to make any cuts that their constituents don't want. And I don't mean the Cal taxpayer.
