RR. As you know more about radio than anyone I know I have a question for you. I usually listen to the Sox on the radio when they are playing and have done so for years. I never really listened / took much notice to the advertisements played on commercial breaks. However, recently I have notice WRKO playing the same ads on just about every break: the Papa Gino's ad and the Verizon Fios ad. Both pretty damned annoying but one could ignore them if they were not played every single break. Is this an advertising strategy ( saturate the listener ) or are there fewer advertisers?
Last night was the last straw and toward the middle of the game I turned the dial to listen to some jazz.
