So because of maybe .00001% of the time Abortion might be necessary because of rape or incest you want to mandate it for the other 99.99999% of the time?

The option should be given to those individuals who have been raped, incest or other confirmed illegal sex. Why should any illegal act be excused in this case just so you feel better. Maybe one of your siblings or other relatives be attacked against their will. You will still hold out for; no problem. Everything is easy when it isn’t you.

No, Johnnie - you mandate it for when it might be necessary. I don’t think arguing in favor of a rape/incest exception is the same as arguing in favor of abortion for the “other 99.99999% of the time.”

That's quite a leap from my post, where I specifically and only address the .00001% cases of rape and incest.

The point is, where is the moral principle that would force a 12 year old child to bear the infant of an IQ 70 rapist and career criminal.

It's not a reductio ad absurdum, it's a question of drawing a common-sense line. The uncompromising moral code that forces a child suffer from the above is unfathomable.
