Feel bad because qualified students are being bumped by the unqualified by affirmative action? To that we can now add that citizen students may be bumped to make room for illegal aliens. By the way, most state and community colleges are funded by taxpayers. So now we've discovered one more way to add the many ways we already subsidize illegals!

There is no federal law banning states from admitting illegal immigrants to colleges and universities, Like wise, there is no federal law granting the dept of home land security the rights to supersede the state constitution and the laws of the state.

The malfeasance of our government continues. Votes clearly remain far more important than the integrity of America and its system of laws, the security of our nation, and the value of American citizenship. Not only that but, in California, illegals are able to claim in-state tuition. Out of state Americans have to pay more than illegals to attend state funded universities (UCLA, Berkeley, etc.).

So what? The federal government has failed in most of the responsibilities that have been delegated to them by the Constitution of We the People. Like any other group of employees who can't or won't perform their delegated tasks, they need to be replaced with people who can and will. Rightfully, it is the People, and their State governments who determine the guidelines for our existence.
