So Obama managed to do what millions of republicans tried to for 20 years....get rid of the Clinton’s. That can’t be all bad.

I just can’t let myself believe this yet.

Even if every single Superdelegate was convinced that the former First Lady is somewhat more electable than Obama, that is not enough of a reason to deny him the nomination. With this in mind, Rasmussen Reports will soon end our daily tracking of the Democratic race and focus exclusively on the general election competition between Republican John McCain and Democrat Barack Obama."
Unbelievable arrogance on the part of a pollster(!) who thinks it is up to him to declare election winners.

I have the highest respect for the Rasmussen organization. However...
Nobody knows what happens to the Florida and Michigan delegations?
So the superdelegates who truned their coats for Obama, can't turn them right back if, say, Obama is indicted in the Tony Rezko case?
Hypothetically speaking. Based on the rate that skeletons were getting tossed out of closets in the last couple of months, I wouldn't write her off, yet. If "something" happens between now and the convention that causes McCain to open up a big lead, I wouldn't bet on Obama getting the nomination. I haven't a clue as to what "something" might be, though.

I sense a real possiblility of a Obama-Clinton ticket. Both sides have problems with huge chuncks of the electorate not on board. The DemonRATs method of identity politics will be their Achilles heel.

It is all turning bad on Clinton. I wonder if she cracks and loses it. I wanna watch!

This is PROOF POSITIVE that polling agencies deliberately spin public opinion. "It's over because we said it's over." I find it cynical and chilling.

The race isn’t over until the Commanding Officer of Operation Chaos says it’s over.
