If this $10,000 microfueler really works, it would make a good purchase for small communities, or a cooperative group. Ten families for $1,000 each. I could get into that real easy.

Why not have your church or synagogue buy one? The donations from the congregation would be less than the 10 grand and the donations tax deductable. Purchases of sugar through the church would be tax deductable also...
Ok, I’m sure every county/city has several ordinances about running backyard/garage stills. Aside from that aspect there are a few fire hazard issues working with stills & pure alcohol. I don’t see this being applicable to 97% of the population.
