All of the birthdays in my house were in January.
My mom started to buy a trip to South Carolina so my Dad could golf for two weeks in April!!!
I guess if the Duggars were poor and lived on Welfare and didn’t attend services or homeschool their children they would be a scourge on our nation.
I admire them for the intent and purpose but something is lacking in that family. There is little time for individual love and expression. The children appear to be bot-like, dressing in uniformity, lining up to do almost everything - no spontenaity unless they fall and hurt themselves. What kind of childhood is this?
Once a child is weaned it is turned over to an elder child to be its mentor.
I wonder if they have to make an appointment to be hugged by mom or dad.
There is serious lacking in the parental interaction and I am not being critical but stating fact.
I would rather see a family of three or less children loved, hugged daily, chased and played out at the end of the day, all muddy, thrown into a bath or shower and towelled dry with more hugs and laughter.... and a personal story at night before lights out....
So much for building our nation. It’s the quality not quantity in family life. The Duggars are plastic machines.

I guess every April 15 when the taxes were filed, Dad said "Dang, we need to have another kid for that tax exemption"?
