Obviously Ward wasn't a Conservative radio talk show host or that info would've been heralded in the headline and in every other sentence of the story.

Interesting that the article finds it necessary to point out that Ward was once a priest and that he hosted a show called God Talk.

But he wasn't a priest at the time in question was he?

I don't find it amazing.  Liberals are by default irresponsible, dabbling in irresponsible and immoral behavior.  Blaming political enemies for this guy's downfall is the height of stupidity.  Bernie Ward is a perverse, repugnant pinhead.  It's not like he was bamboozled or forced to put that stuff on his computer.

Maybe you can give us some info here. I don't listen to Savage, not even sure he's broadcast anywhere around here, but I'd read on a different thread that he was SUPPORTING the F(lds) and DENOUNCING Texas. Here I gather he's SUPPORTING the Federales, and DENOUNCING Ward.

Both situations involve adults having sex with kids; Has he got a screw loose or something?

He pointed out the double standard that is exemplified by the juxtaposition of these two stories: liberals get treated as if they have a right to due process and human dignity, but religious conservatives get treated as if their rights and dignity are optional.

I feel very sorry for his children too, but they are without a doubt damaged goods having grown up in a home with him. He absolutely radiated “sicko” when I used to hear him on the radio, and I couldn’t get over the vile, vicious things he said. Could never get my mind around his having been in the seminary. How desperate must the church have been to let him slip by?
