Trinity United Church of Christ: The gift that keeps on giving.

Well, I guess if you have to speak down to the level of your congregation to reach ‘em.......Now, I wonder which one would lead the White House prayer breakfast if Obama gets in?

Even the Bible must be reduced to its lowest common denominator and the language translated to Ebonics to “get across” to the sympathy slaves of the Black Liberation Theology ....
Integration of fire and water will not work...it only builds “steam”
One will eventually “extinguish” the other....

No shocker here. American voters, IMO, better wake up and start paying attention.

Otis Moss is a thug, or so it would seem.
Ah yes, nothing quite like lauding thugs to make you point from the pulpit.
Oh, I’m sorry, I’m sure his reference to thuggery was taken out of context. But then, isn’t everything at that “church”?

This isn’t a Christian church, and the people profitting from it aren’t ministers. God must love stupid people, because He makes a lot of them.

Hey, any criticism of these statements is an attack on the “Black Church”!
Me, I go to the White Church.

Jesus has a soft spot for thugs.
God is always using thugs to do Gods work.
Everyone has a little bit of thug in them.
The ‘devil’ never tells an outright lie.
There’s always a grain of “truth” to it.
Of course we are ALL sinners (imperfect)and, therefore — loosely — can be called “thugs” ... if you will.
So he is telling his congregation — if indirectly — that it’s alright if they just happen to find themselves in the act of mugging someone (preferably ‘whitey’).
After all, god loves those thugs!

"Moss, the 37-year-old hip-hop pastor, as hes called by congregants, will become head of Trinity in June, after serving as an assistant pastor there for two years."
This is a point that the media has willingly deceived people about -- Obama started referring to Jeremiah Wright as his 'former' pastor but before the controversy erupted Wright was/is still the official pastor of Trinity and was only to be leaving in June.... Wright was also an official part of Obama's campaign advisory staff..... then suddenly it became embarrassing to have a radical racist like Wright around and the media cooperated in allowing Obama to pretend it was all in the past.... but this was a very CURRENT relationship, and now the new pastor will be just as bad.

Replacement just as controversial? LOL, Newsmax shouldn't be surprised. I'd be surprised if he wasn't as controversial. Indeed, the gift that keeps on giving. Oh, goodie....
